1. Basic information and lease term of the subject matter

The hospital is located in the north side of No. 1 Jinming Industrial Park, Gulou District, Kaifeng City, with Huaxia Avenue to the north and Jinming Avenue to the west。This time, the following three properties of the hospital are to be leased as a whole, and the lease period is3年。

(1) The total number of floors of the east office building in the hospital is2Floor, building area1156.84Square meter。

(2) The total number of floors of production workshop houses in the hospital is6Floor, building area7906.63Square meter。We plan to lease the production workshop6061.51Square meters (silos on the east and west sides of the production workshop1845.12Square meters are not included in this rental)。

2. Rent reserve price and transaction deposit

(1) the reserve rental price of the above three real estate properties97.85/年,Trading margin50万元。

(2) The eligible interested parties shall pay the transaction deposit in one lump sum to the bank account designated by Kaifeng Public Resources Trading Center Co., LTD。If the transaction is completed, the transaction deposit will be converted to the transaction rent;No transaction, each subject will be determined after the lessee5Refund within working days without interest。

(3) The rent for each lease year shall be paid one month before the end of each lease year。

Transaction mode

After the expiration of the announcement period, if each subject produces only one qualified intended lessee, it will be directly signed according to the principle of the higher of the listed price and the lessee's offer;If there are more than two (including) eligible interested lessee in each subject, the final lessee will be determined by bidding。

四、Conditions to be met by the lessee

(1) The lessee shall have a sound financial position and ability to pay, and have a good record of paying taxes according to law;

(2) The lessee shall be an enterprise registered in China with the status of an independent legal person;

(3) The lessee must be a single entity and may not apply in a consortium;

(4) The lessee shall have good commercial credit。There is no bad credit record (the intended transferee should submit a written "credit Report" issued by the Credit Information Center of the People's Bank of China) and breach of trust (the intended transferee should submit a written inquiry report to the national court's list of persons subject to enforcement for breach of trust information publication and inquiry platform),Documents that have not been previously or currently included in the abnormal business directory by the company registration authority (the intended transferee shall submit a written inquiry report of the national enterprise credit information Publicity system)。

(5) Other conditions stipulated by national laws and administrative regulations。

5. Lease requirements

(1) The lessee shall comply with the requirements of KFCO for the planning management, construction management, safety management and environmental management of the hospital, and assume corresponding responsibilities and obligations。

(2) During the lease term, the lessee shall be responsible for the daily repair and safety management of the operating assets and ancillary equipment and facilities, and bear the related expenses of water, electricity, communication (network), garbage removal, maintenance and other expenses incurred by the operating assets。

1During the lease period, the lessee must operate according to the relevant policies of the State and bear the corresponding main responsibilities。

2During the lease term, the lessee shall not sublet all or part of the above three properties to the third party without the written consent of KFCO Group。

(3) The lessee shall use it as storage during the lease term, but shall not store dangerous goods, radioactive substances and other dangerous goods。
